Quality Control Analysis of Back Lock Product Using Six Sigma Method at PT Artria Widya

A company intends to make the best quality of its product with minimum number defects. This research was conducted improve Back Lock products at PT Artria Widya reduce defects produced. The Six Sigma method is a that can product, using DMAIC approach, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Based on results has been done, it known data processing obtained an average DPMO score 160.179 sigma level 5.12. At analysis stage carried out fishbone, there are two types most often occur, silver short. proposed improvement actions 5W + 1H which expected have zero defects.
 Setiap perusahaan pasti menginginkan kualitas produk yang diproduksinya terbaik dengan memiliki jumlah kecacatan seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan di mengurangi cacat dihasilkan. Metode menjadi salah satu metode dapat mutu suatu produk, pendekatan yaitu Improvement, dan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah diketahui bahwa pengolahan didapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 160,179 tingkat 5,12. Pada tahap analisis menggunakan fishbone terdapat 2 jenis paling sering terjadi Tindakan usulan perbaikan 5W+1H diharapkan defect terjadi.
